Branding Issues of Education Organization of India

Lots of education organizations are not doing well to make brand of their organizations.
The followings issues are as follows :
- Not going out of box
- No Clarity of Target
- Lack of Branding Awareness
- Lack of manpower and Infrastructure
- Lack of planning for achieving goals
1. Not going out of box
All employees and higher authority keep busy in routine work of thier system. They are not thinking to go outside of believed box due to uncertainty, insecurity. Most of staff are not aware with importance and benefits of branding.
2. Local Area Target
To achieve well output, its require target clarity and broad area. They are concentrating on local area only. 'More Sell have more profit' is indicate that more area gets more output. Target clarity is more important because efforts in non-output area is converted in results as zero,
3. Lack of Branding Awareness
There is no awareness in India of branding concept and its importance for their organization. The Awareness is required about branding and its efforts.
4. Lack of manpower and Infrastructure
Education organization is fighting with issues of manpower and infrastructure. All manpower is busy with routine works. Branding is required special task force and special infrastructure to achieve goals.
5. Lack of planning for achieving goals
Planning and clarity are require to get maximum output with branding. But due to same, They fails to achieve target and goals.
